As the Reception and Administration Assistant at headspace, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely, professional, and culturally appropriate support to young people, visitors, and contractors. Working collaboratively within our team, you will ensure seamless administration operations to facilitate the smooth delivery of our services.
This position is permanent part time (4 days per week) and will work across both Darwin and Palmerston.
You be responsible for a wide range of duties including:
- Reception Services: Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide a welcoming environment.
- Appointment Management: Assist with booking appointments and maintaining schedules.
- Administrative Support: Create referrals, upload confidential information to medical records, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Financial Functions: Support financial processes such as invoicing and monitoring expenses.
- Facility and Fleet Management: Monitor the use and maintenance of facilities and fleet vehicles.
Ideally you will have three years' experience in a reception or office administration role; preferably in a medical setting.
