About the Role
The role provides excellent customer service as a point of contact in the Infrastructure Directorate through the fulfilment of administrative duties and in providing relevant and accurate information on activities to the wider organisation and community.
About You
You will be working within the Infrastructure Directorate and is responsible for providing administrative support and assist Council contribute to the delivery of the City of Palmerston Community Plan through:
• Point of internal and external customer service contact for the Directorate
• Foster open and effective communication across the organisation
• Contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the Directorate
• Support staff in the use of Council’s corporate systems
