Herron Todd White, Gladstone, is seeking an experienced Valuation Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join their team in a permanent capacity. This is a vital role to the business, and you will be working in a collaborative team environment with highly committed employees to support the valuers within the company. 

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to the following:

  • Registration of new quotation requests and valuation requests
  • Completing property searches
  • Checking client and fee requirements, with strict attention to detail
  • Quality assurance and document control
  • Arranging inspection appointments and creating schedules
  • Liaising with valuers regarding client updates
  • General administration 
  • Additional duties as required to support the team.

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years general administration experience
  • Diploma or Certificate III in Business Administration preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge and experience in Google applications
