A fantastic opportunity: Varied warehouse storeperson/forklift/delivery driver - Full Time, Part Time or Casual.
We are seeking a Warehouse Storeperson with a ‘can do attitude’, who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing high quality service.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for the receiving and dispatch of stock, picking and loading of orders, container unloading and stock replenishment, assist with customer pick-ups and deliveries, stocktake, general warehouse duties and maintaining a safe and clean workplace.
Working in a small team, the warehouse assistant will be responsible for communicating with the internal team and customers to progress and update on the status of their order and general movements of stock.
Hours of work are as rostered, generally Monday to Friday with Saturday morning work as required on a rotating roster. As Rossetto Tiles pride ourselves on the customer experience, the ability to complete the role while communicating with internal colleagues and the customer is key.
About you:
The ideal candidate is physically fit with a willingness to be hands-on, lifting heavy boxes of tiles regularly. You will be competent using a forklift and have a current LF license.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and the broader team is key as the warehouse assistant is a vital component in ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will have previous experience working with computers and an ability to exchange emails and process orders electronically and in paper form.
A car license is a requirement. Ideally, the successful candidate would have experience driving a manual vehicle, however this is not essential.
