Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

Running the logistics of the vehicle storage hub, manoeuvring vehicles around site, assisting with the detailing of vehicles and the cleanliness yard.

We are looking for a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator to join our Bayswater team!

• Drive and park customers cars with care
• Assist with the logistical requirements for customer appointment bookings.
• Efficiently perform vehicle relocation assignments onsite and offsite by adhering to Customer Hub policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Be always accountable for the movement and whereabouts of vehicles, maintaining accurate records through vehicle tracking and logging driver journeys.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of parking and storage areas
  

Requirements:

• Valid Australian Drivers’ license for both manual and automatic vehicles
• Strong communication skills
• Basic technology skills
• Attention to detail
