Pre-Requisites:
Previous experience working in a similar role (Essential)
Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol screening
Be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
Job Description:
Preparing Surfaces: Sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces to be painted to ensure a smooth and even finish.
Colour Matching: Mixing and matching paint colours to vehicle specifications and ensuring accuracy.
Spray Painting: Applying paint using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring consistency and precision.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished vehicles for imperfections, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Equipment Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance on painting equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to change
Experience in providing a high level of service within a set timeframe
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in meeting targets and KPI’s
Have strong OHS awareness & work ethic
Have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment safely & efficiently
Have excellent attention to detail
Have excellent organisation and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
