Vehicle Registration Administrator – Stock Controller – Automotive

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Stock Controller/Automotive Administrator. The opportunity to work in a fast paced environment will give the candidate the opportunity to show their organisational skills and communication skills. This role calls for someone who is confident and process driven – a role that the candidate can truly make their own.

The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Maintaining Vehicle Stock across multiple Vehicle Brands
• Manufacturer Incentives/Bonuses
• Communicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties to ensure correct policies and procedures are being followed.
• New/Used Vehicle Registrations, transfers and disposals.
• Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process and ensuring accuracy and timeliness is followed.
• Ensuring errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are resolved and addressed in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience

• Era/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essential
• History in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable.
• A positive attitude
• Great Team Player
• Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Ability to preform under pressure.
