von Bibra Auto Group Helensvale is a multi-franchised dealership located on the Gold Coast and is now seeking an experienced Registration Clerk or an experienced Administrator to join the Helensvale admin team.
This is a busy and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Registration Clerk or industry experienced administrator to join our admin team on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Registration of New, Used and Demo vehicles
- Renewing Vehicle Registrations
- Building & maintaining relationships with internal staff members
- Liaising with our sales employees to ensure all registration paperwork is in order and compliant for Vehicle Registration
- Assisting in other admin positions when employees are absent and providing back up to reception when required
- General administration support
Requirements of this position include:
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills, great phone and email etiquette.
- Work well autonomously and within a team environment
- Problem solving ability and able to cope under pressure during busy periods
- Must be reliable with a good work ethic
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and have a flexible approach
- Auto Reg Certified is preferred but not essential as training will be provided for the successful candidate.
This is a fulltime position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience working within the Automotive Industry as a Registration Clerk or a Vehicle Administrator. Previous experience in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable, however training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
