We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller and Registration Clerkto support our busy, multi-branded Zupps Mt. Gravatt team.
Our Stock Controller and Registration Clerk is someone that will be responsible for Compliance of Vehicle Registrations, effective Stock Management, Vehicle Forward Orders and general administrative duties. They will be someone that respects and values relationships with our manufacturers, our team members, and all internal departments.
To do this, you’ll need a knack for connecting and working well with pretty much everybody. Creative problem-solving and excellent attention to detail are essential. Your time management skills will be second-to-none, as will your verbal and written communication skills. In your new role, you will be supported by a strong leadership team, while working alongside a professional team of Sales Executives who share your dedication and passion for process.
You will demonstrate expertise in developing innovative ways of driving our process. As such a vital part of the team, you will work closely with our Sales teams, Contractors, Pre-Delivery Centre and vehicle brands team to prepare vehicles for delivery.
About You
- Queensland Transport Accreditation experience would be highly regarded.
- Previous Vehicle Registration & Stock Controller experience is favourable.
- Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded.
- Creative problem solving skills - thinking outside the box .
- Excellent time management & Administration Skills.
- Strong & Professional verbal, written and phone communication.
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail, Punctual & Reliable.
- Intermediate computer skills (Experience in working with DealerLogic, AutoReg, and / or ERA would be desirable).
