Vendor Replenishment Planner
This is a contract role that will be responsible for managing the replenishment process across Pharmacy by effectively planning and controlling inventory for our pharmacy customers.
This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager, Customer Experience, and is based at Melbourne, Victoria.

What You Will Do
The Vendor Replenishment Planner is responsible for:
· Monitoring and controlling inventory across our wholesale pharmacy channel to ensure optimal stock holdings to maintain baseline, promotional and display demand forecasts.
· Maintaining data integrity and rectifying errors that could affect replenishment systems.
· Cross-functionally working with the business to deliver a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinates physical inventories, cycle counting, surplus obsolete, engineering changes, cancellation activities, projected usage and other inventory planning/and reduction activities.
· Corrects inventory system where errors could affect the replenishment systems, financial position, credibility, or overall operation. Verifies inventory accuracy; takes cycle counts, controls inventory levels by changing reorder points and par levels to meet changing demands.
· Analyzes stock control records and information such as consumption rate, characteristics of items in storage, and current market conditions, to determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
· Troubleshoots immediate inventory inaccuracies.
· Audits sales order location discrepancies and implements permanent resolutions.
· Audits warehouse locations especially problem inbound/outbound staging locations
· Develop reports to keep service management aware of potential trends, shortages, back orders, and status of service parts as required.
· Communicates with supervisor, vendors, staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns. Provides information and assistance for inventory policies and/or procedures.
· Ensuring relevant stakeholders are informed of Supply Chain changes that may influence service, inventory and stores, Buying or Suppliers
· Regularly updating key stakeholders on supply performance and forward order expectations
