The Role:
Position: Vendor Replenishment Planner
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Location: Hybrid role, Ultimo-based (three days per week in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the replenishment of Woolworths Supermarket Distribution Centres, Big W Distribution Centres, and the Statewide Distribution Centre.
- Ensure stock is managed to agreed stock days targets, with a focus on efficient promotion and seasonal lines evaluation.
- Collaborate on forecasting alignment and implement strategies for inbound flow, including timeslot coordination with Primary Connect.
- Handle short code stock code management and resolutions, deletions stock management, and range review stock management.
- Oversee state allocation replenishment in case of supply shortages and expedite out-of-stock situations.
- Report key performance indicators in accordance with Woolworths/Big W/Statewide requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Superior communication skills with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Technical proficiency in SAP or related ERP systems.
- Experience in MRP/DRP and S&OP, preferably within the FMCG, food, or high-volume manufacturing sector.
- Logistic/Demand Planning skills with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain.
- A team player who is self-motivated, able to work independently, and possesses meticulous attention to detail.
- High-level skills in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel, quick and accurate computer skills.
- 3-4 years’ experience in the FMCG industry.
- Vendor Replenishment Planner experience working with a national retailer.
