Your Role:
As our Venue Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our operations, ensuring smooth daily operations and leading our team to success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Roster Management: Create and approve efficient rosters within budgeted guidelines.
- Wage Cost Tracking: Effectively manage and track wage costs.
- Inventory Control: Order and monitor all beverage-related inventory, complete stocktakes, and oversee BOH inventory management and ordering.
- Cost Management: Effectively manage and track the cost of goods.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee all aspects of venue operations to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
- Team Leadership: Manage, lead, and train our dedicated team to perform at their best.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the highest level of customer experience is delivered consistently.
- Venue Cleanliness: Maintain a high standard of venue cleanliness.
- Revenue Strategies: Create and implement strategies to drive revenue.
- Direct Reporting: Report directly to the owners, collaborating closely to achieve our goals.
