The roles:
Venue Manager and F&B Supervisor with strong leadership experience within high-volume, premium environments.
Duties:
- Planning, implementing and overseeing F&B strategies, ensuring goal achievement while driving revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Lead restaurant operations, maintaining quality standards, fostering positive guest interactions.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance, scheduling and compliance with policies, including Responsible Service of Alcohol and WHS.
- Cultivate relationships with departments, monitor staff attendance, and uphold group values.
