**Responsibilities:**
1. Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, overseeing staff scheduling, inventory control, and vendor relationships to uphold the highest standards of service.
2. Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests by maintaining quality standards, addressing customer feedback promptly, and fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
3. Staff Management: Lead and inspire a dedicated team, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold service excellence and promote a positive work culture.
4.Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization to meet targets and drive profitability.
5. Event Coordination: Plan and oversee special events, private functions, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
6.Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor licensing requirements, and industry standards to maintain a safe and legally compliant venue.

**Qualifications:** -
-Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or fine dining establishment.
