The Role
Seeking a skilled and experienced Venue Manager to join the team in this stunning location. You will be overseeing multiple areas including a Restaurant, Outback Bar and Bottle Shop. You will manage a diverse team and ensure daily operations, encourage a laid-back atmosphere with quality service. With ample training and hands on emloyers, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step up in management!
Skills & Experience
- Previous Management experience from a Restaurant Manager level, up
- Previous Hotel or Pub experience highly desired
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to train and mentour staff
- Flexible, adaptable hands on approach
