Beenleigh's favourite local pub is seeking an adept Venue Manager to oversee our multifaceted operations, with a strong emphasis on live gigs and entertainment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively atmosphere filled with music and entertainment.
As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing large-capacity venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

- Generous Salary $85,000 - $100,000 + Super
- Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Essential requirements:
- 3+ years of Venue Management experience
- Experience working in an Entertainment focused venue
- Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials to analyse where there is opportunity to grow your business
- Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Write and control an effective roster
- Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area
- Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
- RLMV, Approved Managers License, Gaming Nominee & CLO are a must
