The Role
Kyah Hotel is an ever growing hotel promoting fun, quirkiness and electric vibes. We are looking for that person who wants to promote that and is an experienced hotel leader who is go getter and leads the team from the front.
This is a 2IC role to assist and help our Hotel Manager and will be reporting to the management team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions, managing all aspects to ensure the highest standards of guest service experience, brand standards, performance and profitability are achieved.
This is both a strategic but very much a hands-on role, leading and supporting the team from the front with the goal of delivering exceptional guest experiences and hotel performance.
We need your help to promote an environment of collaboration and shared purpose and curate a fun and eccentric culture through teamwork, accountability and performance.
Driving hotel metrics is a key focus of this role, ensuring a balanced approach to sustainable success; developing and implementing strategies to optimise operational efficiencies; achieving productivity goals and exceeding guest experience targets.
You will maintain a strong working relationship with the hotel owner and act as the Hotel Manager in the Managers absence.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced, inspirational, commercially minded hands on leader to join the Kyah team nestled in Blackheath NSW.
What we need from You
Preferably experience as a 2IC before.
If you do not have experience as a 2IC, that is fine providing that you have had previous experience being across all facets of a hotel and restaurant and ready to take on a new role.
The main asset for us is that you are a go getter and willing to help out the team from all angles.
