Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 4 years experience in a management role
- Approved Manager certificate for WA
- Strong leadership and exceptional Food & Beverage knowledge & customer service
- Knowledge of stock costing, wage control and GP's
- Well presented with a great personality as you will be the face of the business
- A good understanding of back of house systems, including inventory management, ordering, invoicing & GP's
- Experience with accommodation systems and housekeeping an advantage
Tasks & responsibilities
- This is a hands on role where you lead the team. We want you to take this venue on like it's your own with some input from the directors.
- Everyday is different and you will be required to work in all areas of the venue
- You will manage rosters, kitchen performance, oversee cleanliness and OH&S, and all the regular day to day operating procedures of a hospitality venue.
- Train staff on food & beverage & customer service.
- Order and control stock, liaising with Bottlemart and all sales reps
- You will be required to design & implement new food & beverage ideas.
- Increase patronage and the overall G.P's
- Market and present the venue with a professional image
