Our Oyster Farm Tour is a very unique experience, the only one of its kind in the world where you get to wade into the water, and sit in the heart of a commercial oyster farm, and taste oysters straight out of the water. Our beautiful location Oyster HQ is the centre piece bringing the tours and food tourism together in an idealic location, with arguably the best view in town right at the waters edge in Coffin Bay. It is a about showcasing the best of what Coffin Bay has to offer, our world class oysters and seafood, in a relaxed tapas style venue.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
- Good understanding of tourism industry and delivering exceptional service
- Food & beverage experience, + RSA
- High attention to detail
- Train and develop a small team
- Managing to budget expectations
- Must have Initiative and be a self starter
- This role reports directly to Owners who are remote/ offsite

Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing of venue and tour operations on a daily basis
- Manage staffing & recruitment, training, management & rostering
- Ensuring the team deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Managing bookings through walk-in enquiries
- Responsible for optimising cross sell & upsell opportunities through team development and management
- Be the face of Oyster HQ, meet & greet for tours and HQ
- Optimise capacity of seating for restaurant and tours
