To be considered for this role we require the following attributes for the new Manager to hold:
- A blend of hospitality and retail experience
- A “hands on” leader
- Be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging and building effective relationships, with a diverse range of people
- Experience within a fast-paced environment, capable of adapting to sporadic challenges
- Implement strategies and meet/exceed set sales, profit budget and goals
- Experience with stock control, food safety and roster management
- Quality time management skills
- Have a keen interest in your business – manage it like it's your own!
