We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Training Project Coordinator (AO6) to join our client’s Learning and Organisational Development team. Our client is a progressive state government organisation dedicated to fostering a resilient building and construction industry.
This full-time position is based in West End, Brisbane and offers a unique opportunity to manage and support multiple projects, ensuring effective processes and timely delivery. It's initially a brief assignment offering, running until July 31st 2024, however there is potential for extension.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Training Project Coordinator to join our Learning and Organisational Development team. This role involves managing multiple projects, ensuring efficient processes, and supporting subject matter experts. You will be the backbone of our team, coordinating and driving project success.
- Apply project skills from scoping to delivery and evaluation;
- Collaborate with stakeholders on all learning project activities;
- Support project delivery to ensure milestones are achieved;
- Manage procurement activities and related documentation; and
- Monitor and escalate emerging issues, maintaining project registers.
We are looking for a candidate with strong project coordination skills and experience in Learning and Development or HR.
- Project coordination experience within Learning and Development or HR;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines and limited supervision;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
- High-level oral and written communication skills; and
- Strong project management skills, agile methodology is a plus.
