Monash Animal Research Platform has a position available as Veterinarian (Research). Apply your high-level veterinary expertise to provide best practice veterinary care for a range of species across the different MARP locations. Contribute to the delivery of high-quality services including animal health maintenance and monitoring, advanced veterinary procedures, and emergency veterinary care. The Veterinarian (Research) makes a key contribution to the development and implementation of a best practice program of veterinary care across MARP facilities.Reporting to the Veterinary Program Manager, the Veterinarian (Research) supports excellence in the use of animals in the research setting by providing expert advice, troubleshooting challenges and delivering training to technicians and researchers.We are ideally seeking someone with postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience in the animal or biomedical research industry.
