It is the Receptionist's responsibility to ensure the reception and administration areas within our clinic run smoothly and efficiently, and to provide our clients (and their pets) with the highest standard of customer care.
You will be a perfect fit if you:
- are a warm, kind, and friendly person who makes everyone that enters our clinic feel welcome straight away.
- are passionate about delivering amazing client experience.
- are a great communicator with excellent phone skills and digital literacy.
- are a good listener who can empathise with customers.
- can work well both independently and as part of a team.
- thrive in a busy practice but can remain motivated on slower days.
- love to learn, grow, and improve your skills and knowledge.
- are looking to work 5 days a week, from 8:00am to 1:00pm (Maternity Leave Cover).
- are available to start work mid-June 2024 (and are available to start training in early June).
- have prior veterinary experience (an advantage but not essential).
- have prior experience with the Ezyvet system (an advantage but not essential).
