- Salary offered – New/Recent Grad – $65,000 – $100,000, Experienced $100,000 to $150,000
- No after hour work

- No out-of-pocket CPD expenses – we pay for the lot including time off, travel, accommodation and expenses
- Friendly, supportive and experienced team who hold extra qualifications including membership in surgery, masters in veterinary medicine and published in AVJ
- Weekend work required on rotation (shared with 4 other vets). RDO given after working Saturday AM (hours 8.30am to 12pm), 2 RDO’s given after working full weekend (hours per day 8.30am to 1pm)

Established in 1966, Cairns Veterinary Clinic is a locally owned 100% small animal practice group with two clinics that takes pride in offering a quality, caring service to pet owners and their pets. Our patients aren’t just a number, we offer extended consultation times which allows our veterinarians to address owner concerns and work up cases to a high standard. With all the toys including dental x-ray and full orthopaedic kits available to practice great veterinary science, an excellent range of experience is available, including working in the large, central practice on surgery and medical cases with experienced colleague support; and sole charge at the branch practice.
