About the role
We are looking for a passionate nurse to implement their high standards of patients care and knowledge, and have the capability to fulfill surgery, hospital, treatment, floating and reception shifts.

All of our current nurses are Registered Veterinary Nurses including the Clinic Coordinator with one Student Veterinary Nurse, so you can be sure that you will be surrounded by likeminded, passionate team mates. This is a hands-on nursing role, you will need to have the skill set and confidence to place IV catheters, set up fluids, monitor anesthetics using multiparameter monitoring, perform grade 1 dentals and love all things nursing.
Veterinary Nurses play a huge role in our clinic and are able to grow their own relationships between the patients and clients. We conduct Team Based Consulting alongside the Veterinarians, and also offer Nurse Consultations such as Nurse Behaviour Consults, Weight Management Clinics, Cuddle Consults, and more.
We are a team of young professionals who take pride in providing Gold Standard care to our patients and clients, our community is important to us. We close the doors weekly for paid team meetings and training sessions to give us a chance to sit down as a full team to catch up.
What you’ll need to succeed:
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary Technician Degree is essential.
2+ years' experience with well-rounded nursing skills.
Ability to mentor trainee nurses and comfortable with the occasional sole charge nursing.
Registered Veterinary Nurses are highly regarded.
The ability to join the Saturday Morning rotating roster (8am-12:30pm)
