Apiam Animal Health is excited to commence the search for dedicated and passionate Vet Nurses to join our latest greenfield site; Fur Life Vet Tarneit. This new clinic is expected to be open and operating by mid February 2024.

What you’ll need to succeed:
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary Technician Degree essential.
2 years' experience in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Willingness to work across both Nursing and Reception duties throughout your shifts.
A passion for building relationships with clients and developing our clinics great reputation
Strong communication skills with a love for talking to clients and their pets.
Team leader skills advantageous
Permanent full-time, part-time and casual hours available.
Your new role:
Delivering outstanding customer service to our clients over the phone and face-to-face.
Utilising your strong time management skills to arrange appointments, process payments and triage incoming calls.
Creating and developing a workplace culture of ‘Healthy Animals and Happy People!’
Using your technical skills to prepare patients for surgery, monitor anaesthetics, TPRs and tracking and charting vitals.
Providing the best standard of veterinary nursing care; including demonstrating your knowledge of administrating medications and providing grief support to clients.
Utilising your past experience to promote a positive culture and build our client base in the area.
