Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and vibrant Campus Coordinator who is willing to learn new skills and develop their career in the international education industry. As part of an energetic supportive team, you will be responsible for providing management and support to a range of different coworkers on multiple campuses.
The Campus Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and training the team of campus staff, particularly the Student Care Officers and ensuring that APC’s principles and values are implemented in the daily activities. The activities and accountabilities are designed to deliver outcomes aligned with the College’s strategic goals and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement to ensure a positive student learning experience so that every interaction (every moment) matters (is meaningful) and helps students to reach their goals.
The Campus Coordinator helps the Campus Management with local recruitment strategies, including building relationships with and visiting local agencies, attending recruitment events, student fairs and expos and creating content for social media.
What you will do:
- Ensure the provision of high-quality services at the campus.
- Oversee the service level standards delivery at the campus by ensuring a sound staff hiring, training, career movement program at the campus level.
- Proactively assist in Student Recruitment activities with local agents.
- Contribute to the creation and evaluation of AEG policies and procedures.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- A familiarity with aspects of business administration, including marketing, customer service, and the management of projects, finances, and human resources.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Masters Degree, highly desirable
- Previous experience in the Education Industry highly desirable but not essential.
- A thorough understanding of the Australian education industry for domestic and overseas students, including regulatory authorities, peak bodies and other stakeholders, highly desirable.
- A thorough understanding of the compliance requirements and laws, pertaining to the provision of education to domestic and overseas students, including, but not limited to; ESOS Act, ELICOS Standards, as well as the ELICOS Standards, Standards for RTOs, highly desirable.

Remuneration in accordance with the Education Services (Post-Secondary Education) Award 2020, depending on experience and qualifications.
