About The Role:
The Coordinator Campus Services, Asset Protection and Security plays a vital role in ensuring the safety, accessibility, and efficient operation of Campus Services. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including managing Campus Services, security operations, campus operations policies and processes, wayfinding, accessibility initiatives, and contract oversight with service suppliers.
The Coordinator is responsible for maintaining compliance with service regulations and standards to create a secure, welcoming, and accessible environment for all stakeholders.
We are excited about you because you have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or significant relevant experience
- Proven experience in Campus Services management, security or a related role
- Strong understanding of asset management, security protocols, facilities management and accessibility regulations including compliance with relevant government direction and standards
- Proven ability to implement strategies to achieve organisational efficiency and optimisation within Campus Services
- Proficiency in contract management and negotiation
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Stronger stakeholder management skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing process development and change
