The role
As the VP of Finance, you will work closely with our President and other leaders as you support and advise on strategic matters to enable successful decision making – playing an important part in our business performance development. You are responsible for the full financial scope of Tricon – you maintain and follow up on standard reporting of monthly financial performance, support profitability analysis, and participate in the development of long-term financial planning, scenarios, and strategies.
Also included in your responsibility is to:
- Cooperate with finance teams to set plans, operational planning as well as reporting on forecast vs actual performance.
- Support management reporting needs in financial reporting and business controlling.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and drive the target setting and process for operational KPIs.
- Drive continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor financial trends and potential risks and provide recommendations on how to proceed.
We are looking for a competent finance professional with extensive management experience and a proven track record of leading improvement projects and strategy development. You have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and your background includes a degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting or Business. Doing business in all corners of the world calls for an open mind and cultural awareness, and you have advanced verbal and written skills in English.
Your personality is equally important, and you are characterized by your well-developed ethical compass, unquestionable integrity and genuine engagement qualities.
