I'm working with a large Federal Government department to find a Video Conferencing / Audio Visual Technical Support.
This is an initial 12 month contract with 1 x 6 month extension option.
The technicians will provide:
- Level 2 Technical Support, using department ITSM tools, processes and governance structures
- Video conferencing concierge services to department end users.
- Technical Proficiency with Cisco Products. Demonstrated experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco Video Conferencing and audiovisual equipment.
- Understanding of ITIL Framework. Knowledge of ITIL practices relevant to IT service management and operations, particularly in service request fulfilment, incident and problem management.
- Experience in Audio Visual Systems. Proven capability in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting a variety of AV equipment and systems, including microphones, speakers, video monitors, projectors, and related technology.
- Certifications specific to Cisco systems, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Video Network Specialist. ITIL Foundation Certification or higher.
- Government Sector Experience. Previous experience working within government or other regulated industries, with an understanding of the specific operational and compliance challenges.
- Be an Australian citizen
- Have a minimum NV2 clearance
