About the role:
As the Administration Assistant you will offer support to the Office Manager and wider team.
Duties will include:
- Front office duties including answering phones, greeting visitors and organising catering.
- Coordinate basic travel for teams and visitors.
- Arranging repairs and coordinating suppliers.
- Prepare and track monthly expenses, manage invoicing and payments.
- Supporting the Office Manager and wider team on day-to-day matters.
- Providing administrative support and other ad hoc duties.
- Flexible working hours/days.
- Work closely with a supportive and cohesive team
- Work in modern offices located in Sydney CBD.
- Walking distance to public transport, shops & cafes.
About You:
- Previous Administration, Reception, Office Coordinator experience is essential.
- Confident in using Microsoft 365 programmes.
- High attention to detail.
