Previous experience working in remote sites is preferred however candidates with outstanding management skills within hospitality and strong stakeholder management skills will be highly regarded. As the Village Manager you will play a vital role in the successful running of village operations, reporting directly to the region's Operation Manager. You will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. You will have the ability to build and support teams and be a safety leader with an understanding of HSE and HR legislation.
