We seek expressions of interest for Village Managers, working a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) OR Drive-In-DriveOut from Sydney/Canberra on a 14 days on, 7 days off (2:1) roster within NSW based Remote Sites. Previous experience working in remote sites is preferred however candidates with outstanding management skills within hospitality and strong stakeholder management skills will be highly regarded. Who are we looking for??As the Village Manager you will play a vital role in the successful running of village operations, reporting directly to the region's Operation Manager. You will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
