About the role
Lake Munmorah is a lifestyle village designed especially for the over 55’s and the young at heart. Located on the Central Coast of NSW and within walking distance to Lake Munmorah lakeside, our residents enjoy the comfort and security of our gated community.
We are seeking a dedicated individual with established home sales experience who is interested in a management position for an over 55s Lifestyle Village.
This position is 5 days a week with on call required. The successful candidate will be required to live on-site, with furnished accommodation and utilities provided as part of the salary package.
About you:
- Previous Lifestyle village management or similar experience is required.
- Experience in home sales
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication
- Sound computer skills
- Well-developed organisation, administration, and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Strong decision making and negotiation skills.
Job Requirements:
- Lead the village employees to successfully carry out responsibilities and duties.
- Full responsibility for front office / admin duties across the business.
- Coordinate the grounds and maintenance department.
- Inspect amenities and grounds to ensure standards are consistently met.
- Train staff to ensure the villages high standards are maintained.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure the village is safe for guests and staff.
To succeed in this exciting role, you will need:
- An awareness of work health safety
- Valid full Australian driver’s license
- First Aid certification or be prepared to obtain this if successful.
- Good computer literacy
- Previous experience using a CRM
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Current Police check is required or be prepared to obtain this if successful.
