AddressVineyard Supervisor (Clare):
* At least 5 years’ experience - understanding of all vineyard operations

* Passionate about the wine industry and have demonstrated experience across Barossa & Clare vineyards.
* Experience in all machinery operations including maintenance.
* A degree in Viticulture is ideal but not a necessity.
* Are dynamic with enthusiasm and capable of handling the physical requirements of managing a vineyard.
* Efficient water use management.
* Irrigation & trellis - monitoring and repairs.
* Assisting with planning and implementing of all activities, planting, vine training, pruning, Spraying, Fertiliser application, harvesting, cover cropping.
* Ensure all records & reports required for the operations are completed and maintained - spray, herbicides and fertiliser applications.
* Maintenance and presentation of our Clare properties.
* Implement and monitor pest and disease management.
* Ensure calibration of relevant equipment in conjunction with our Vineyard Manager.
* Work with, lead and influence Vineyard employees to establish and maintain a continuous improvement culture to achieve key performance targets.
* Willing to work on other sites when requested.
* Be an Australian/NZ citizen or have permission to work in Australia long term.
* Have car, forklift and truck licences.
* Current ChemCert certificate.
* Responsible for WHS compliance and assuring that all work activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and policies.
Successful candidate will be responsible for all Clare vineyard operations and will work closely with our Vineyard Manager (Barossa & Clare)
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess excellent planning, logistical and technical skills. Organising and overseeing contractors and reviewing all invoices carefully will be required.

* Mechanical Pruners, Slashing, Spraying, Cultivation, Fertiliser application etc
* Are dynamic with enthusiasm and capable of handling the physical requirements of working on a vineyard.
* Irrigation & trellis - monitoring and repairs.
* Implementing all activities, planting, vine training, pruning, Spraying, Fertiliser application, harvesting, cover cropping etc.
* Assist with vineyard expansion and redevelopment.
* Willing to work on other sites when requested.
* Be an Australian/NZ citizen or have permission to work in Australia long term.
* Have a car licence.
* Current ChemCert certificate or willing to obtain one.
