Visa Support Officer for Education and Migration services

Currently we are seeking Visa Support Officer for Education and Migration services.
This can be combined role of managing the student admissions, College- Uni Transfers, Visa extensions, 485 Graduate Visas, Skill assessments and Migration services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Migration Agents/Practice Supervisor with documentations and follow-up with clients.
- Call prospects to generate sales.
- Reception duties on demand and support senior staff.
- Collecting documentation and drafting applications to be reviewed by RMAs/Lawyers.
- Put forward the monthly recommendation to improve the team effectiveness and productivity.
- Reporting regularly to Branch Supervisor on progress made on each initiative.
- Willingness to learn Agencies and Migration Manager.
- Assisting Director/Branch Supervisor/Case Manager on any duties that the job demands
- Provide counselling on course selection, University/College selection and complete their application process.
To be successful, the applicant will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
· - Understanding the Australian Visa System
· - Proven prior experience within a similar role within the immigration industry, across a range of visa applications.
· - Minimum Two Years in the Industry (PIER certification is Desirable but not Mandatory)
· - Excellent communication skills – the ability to communicate via telephone and email in an effective and professional manner.
· - The ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines, with an awareness of what tight deadlines mean in this industry.
· - Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information and client matters.
· - Able to prioritize your workload and have superb time management skills
· - Assisting in preparing high-quality documents, forms, and submissions for applications.
· - A genuine team player and a willingness to go above and beyond to help others.
Remuneration
55,000.00 - 60,000.00 pa
