Come join our Visitor Services team this summer and experience the stunning landscapes.As the Visitor Operations Supervisor, you will lead the Visitor Operations team and support and enhance the visitor experience. Our Visitor Services Officers are the friendly faces that provide outstanding customer service and knowledge about the resort, while also attending to daily administration tasks. Join our team as a Visitor Operations Supervisor and play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of our Visitor Operations.
The Visitor Operations Supervisor takes direction from the Head of Visitor Experience and works closely with Visitor Services and Resort Operations teams.
What amazing skills and experience will score you this role?
- Prior experience in leading a customer service team.
- A whizz when it comes to using Microsoft 365 Office.
- Ability to create and manage complex roster systems.
- Ability to resolve complex visitor issues.
- Strong tourism credentials.
- Prior experience working in a resort environment (desirable).
