Grocery services include the provision of warehousing services and an integrated transport strategy interstate and intrastate for large supermarkets and retailers with a diverse product range. The Opportunity Positions available: 1 x AM Transport Supervisor, 1 x PM Transport Supervisor, 1 x Operations Support Supervisor. As we expand our grocery division, we have several fantastic brand new permanent opportunities for Transport Supervisors & an Operations Support Supervisor to join our team at Laverton North Victoria.

You'll play a pivotal role in facilitating grocery deliveries across the Melbourne region, ensuring that Toll drivers and operations staff surpass standards and KPIs. Transport Supervisor: 9 day fortnight, Monday

  • Saturday, 1 Saturday a fortnight.

AM: 04:00

  • 13:30 PM: 13:30
  • 23:00.

Operations Support Supervisor: Monday

  • Friday, 07:00
  • 15:00.

Your responsibilities will include:


Plan and manage labour resources to meet the day to day service level targets, and exceed customer expectations
Coordinate the dispatch of trucks to ensure on-time deliveries
Champion safety and ensure all drivers and operational staff follow OHS and site safety requirements
Promote a customer first mindset and ensure the daily operation is maximising profitability by linking management goals with practical means of achievement
Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Address any issues or delays promptly to minimise disruptions
Ensure services are monitored for on-time delivery, and proactively collaborate with the customer to meet targeted delivery windows

About you:
Previous experience within a similar role within Transport/Logistics industry highly advantageous
A positive attitude and appetite to learn.
Demonstrated experience with Operations, CoR, Fatigue Management desirable but not essential.
An analytical mind-set - strong ability to problem solve.
Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal.
Computer literacy skills - MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines within a time-pressured environment.
