The Role
This role will be both challenging and rewarding, and will provide a great opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and skills. Developing your leadership abilities within our team and building your reputation within a growing company.
- Support your Manager in executing spectacular events.
- Nurture, coach and develop the team.
- Management of on shift labour.
- Run our events in unique spaces.
- Ensure that all regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times
What it takes to succeed
- Experience working in large scale function and Events Operations.
- A strong focus on executing prestige events with skill in precision.
- A passion for food, service and spectacular events
- A positive and solutions based attitude
- Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene
- Good communication skills.
- Experience supervising a team of F&B attendants.
- A current RSA

This is a full-time position, working across a 7-day roster including day shifts, evenings and weekends depending on business requirements.
