Our Cosmetic client is seeking a Visual Merchandise Manager! As the Visual Merchandise Manager, you will report into the Brand Director and ensure that the brand image is maintained at a constant level of excellence throughout ANZ.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure understanding and timely execution of the marketing calendar, new launches and events / promotions, inclusive of in-store statuses, pop-ups and masterclass.
Implement brand campaign and merchandising directives outlines by the Global & Regional divisions.
Prepare merchandising guidelines for all campaigns as well as new counter openings for ANZ.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop engaging and impactful brand event activations with a complete 360 launch approach.
Perform in-store visits to maintain a high level of quality build.
Forecast all VM needs for new launches / store openings by liaising with the Marketing, Supply Chain and Regional teams for input.
Build and track Merchandising A&P budget for ANZ through planning and control.
Ideally You Will Have:
Diploma/Degrees qualified, ideally specialising in Interior Design/Architecture, Visual Merchandising, Industrial Design or other relevant background.
Experience within a Merchandising role, ideally within the Cosmetic Industry, however not essential.
Strong organisational skills to navigate busy launch and event calendar, coupled with new installs.
Strong listening skills to manage a high level of interactions.
