About the JobAs a Vocational advisor you will provide support to injured workers to help them gain new employment in a safe and sustainable fashion. This involves assessing their transferable skills, providing vocational counselling and identifying new opportunities that align with their goals and skills. You will be provided with on the job training, competitive rates of pay with realistic bonus potential due to billable caseload being lower therefore making earning potential higher and within a quicker time frame.
About you? You may have experience in the field of Occupational Rehabilitation, Employment Services, Recruitment, Case Management, or another related industry. Likewise you may be a registered Occupational Therapist (OT) registered Psychologist (AHPRA accredited), registered Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC accredited), an allied health professional with a passion for occupational health. What's most important is that you are passionate about providing an exceptional service for the people you work with.
Although knowledge and understanding of Workers' Compensation and injury management are desired, full training will be provided.
