Join us as our Volunteer & Recruitment Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis and be valued for who you are and all that you bring. Based at Corporate Office in the beautiful Cooranbong area surrounded by the Watagans National Park, the role provides the coordination and development of our Volunteer Program.
As a valued member of our People & Culture team you will contribute by:-
- Coordinating recruitment activities for Volunteers and various functions within the Adventist Senior Living portfolio;
- Develop the Volunteer Program by creating engaging and rewarding experiences for our Volunteers;
- Assisting in the coordination and delivery of People and Culture (P&C) services;
- Providing administration, reporting and system support for internal stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in coordinating and or developing a volunteer or similar program
- Generalist experience in people & culture functions including recruitment and selection, administration, reporting, and projects.
- Computer skills in database systems and the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated skills and experience in:
- Delivering results and meeting client expectations
- Adapting and responding to change
- Planning and organising
- Deciding and initiating action
- Working with people and strong interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated commitment to a positive organisational culture
- NDIS Workers Clearance
