Furthermore, the Modernization Salesperson maintains a direct reporting line to the Modernization Sales Manager, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between customer segments. Overall, the role demands a highly capable individual who can lead and drive success through effective team sales management, financial acumen, and customer engagement.
