Qualification & Experience The successful applicant will possess: Previous strong hospitality experience Experience in an upmarket and busy restaurant environment At least 1 year hospitality supervisory skills Sound food and wine knowledge A positive attitude and customer focus Flexibility to work weekends and occasional events.
