Voyager Estate
This person is responsible for assisting in the smooth, day-to-day operation of the Restaurant front-off-house whilst on duty (lunch service or functions). They will oversee the team and guest experience in coordination with or absence of a more senior manager. Daily opening and closing procedures and supervisor of waitstaff team are core to this role.

- coordination of front-of-house service alongside or in absence of restaurant manager
- take reservations and oversee table allocation
- greet and seat guests, explanation of menu
- oversee guest bill payment
- ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues raised
- liaise with chefs on menu and dish changes
- assist planning and delivery of special functions
- assist maintaining records of stock levels and financial reports as required
- maintain appearance and cleanliness of dining area, upholding health regulation requirements
- assist in selection and training of new employees
- daily opening and closing procedures for restaurant, including cash reconciliation
- at least a relevant AQF (or equivalent) Certificate II or higher qualification; or
- at least one year of full time (38 hours per week) relevant work experience.
