At the Margaret River KoffeeWorks, we are seeking our next superstar to lead us to our goal with our Waitstaff team.
It is an operational role that hinges on your ability to provide amazing customer experiences, advancing our goal of becoming the Ultimate Coffee Destination.
Our Waiter Supervisor duties include :
Greet customer service, be a friendly face
Work closely with the Café/Restaurant to ensure smooth and seamless service
Suggest meal items, explain menu items when asked, take orders and relay to kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring food is presented with quality
Handle money and payments from customers
Adhere to relevant health and safety requirements
Work within a team and be able to lead and oversee with high level hospitality culture
Requirements:
Must be able to work both Weekdays and Weekends
Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience (at least two years)
While we understand that coffee is a serious business, we don't like to take ourselves too seriously. So having fun and enjoying ourselves is key to ensuring our team morale is high.
