Cowabunga drinks LTD trading as Rhum Burgundy is looking for a full-time qualified and experienced Bar
Attendant Supervisor to join our cocktail and wine bar team.
Rhum Burgundy is a vibrant and dynamic cocktail and wine bar renowned for providing exceptional customer
experiences and sophisticated drinks.
Position Description:
As a Bar Attendant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities include:
Ability to make drinks to recipe.
Professionally preparing, blending and mixing an array of refined and inventive drinks.
Garnish and present beverages as per recipe and instruction.
Accurately taking, recording and fulfilling drinks orders.
Ensuring a high standard of professionalism and efficiency in customer service delivery.
Providing a high standard of table service and waitering duties to ensure customer satisfaction.
Upholding the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
Overseeing the training and supervision of bar workers.
Managing reservations, warmly greeting, and seating guests.
Answering reviews and online queries.
Performing cleaning tasks for both bar areas and tables.
Efficiently collecting and organising used glasses.
Cleaning and maintenance of glassware and equipment.
Adhering to and promoting workplace health and safety protocols.
Completing additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the employer.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of wine and alcoholic beverages.
A good palette for flavours.
Reliable.
Proactive work ethic.
Available to work all year round.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Successful applicants must have at least a relevant AQF or equivalent Certificate II or III; OR
At least one year of full-time relevant work experience as a substitute for the formal qualification listed above .
Work Experience:
Successful applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Salary:
You will receive an annual salary of AUD63,000 plus superannuation payments.
