As a waiter in the Perisher Valley Hotel you will be part of a skilled group of professionals that are in charge of helping our guests create life long memories. You will be tasked with waiting tables in any of our three service periods as well as helping out in the bar for afternoon Après – great table side manners and experience in fine dinning restaurants are essential.
In a typical day in this role, you might:
- Waiting tables during dinner service, 3 course fine dining
- Assisting guests with local knowledge of the mountain
- Follow food safety principles and sequence of service to help the restaurant run as smoothly as possible
- Recommending wines or cocktails and helping to upsell our product lines
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- NSW Responsible service of alcohol (RSA)
- Experience making cocktails
- Experience making barista style coffees
- Previous experience in fine dining

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
