Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer Service - establish and maintain effective communications with client and suppliers to identify and rectify issues
- Call centre servicing, proficient phone and email communication
- Establish and maintain effective communication with personnel in other sections of the business
- Administrative duties such as use of Warehouse Inventory Management System for product setup, order entry, reporting and other data entry requirements
- Coordinate less complex adhoc jobs from file creation through to completion
- Maintain records to facilitate accurate invoicing
- Other administrative and support functions assisting with the efficient operation of the overall business objectives
- Compliance with Company policies and responsibilities relating to WHS, EMS, EEO and Quality
Qualifications & experience
Basic understanding of the company's technical and operational capabilities
Mid-level IT skill and ability to become proficient in Word, Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
Effective time management and self-discipline skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
Previous experience within a Warehouse or Distribution centre will be highly regarding but not essential as training will be provided
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
