First Class Accounts was established in Canberra in 2019, to provide financial operations management to organisations across the territory. We manage payroll, BAS services, and other accounting functions, and we also streamline and improve business processes by implementing new technology, apps, and software to make their lives easier. Our offering is unique, our service is impeccable, and our clients love us (and we love them!).

For the past three years, we’ve had a fabulous Office Administrator however, she is spreading her wings and moving to a new role, which leaves a gap that we need to fill.
About the Opportunity:
As the Office Administrator/Coordinator, your priority is to support the team and clients to ensure they’re well looked after, and business operations run smoothly.
As the first point of contact, you will manage incoming queries, solve problems, and direct the call to the best person. You will also manage emails, monitor inboxes, meet and greet clients, organise meetings, manage calendars, oversee general office administration, and proactively support the Business Owner.
If you have skills or interests in other areas, for example marketing, social media, or accounting, we’d love you to become more involved as our business expands.
About You:
Friendly, articulate, and proactive, you have a great eye for detail. Some customer service experience would be great, and you’re both team oriented, and happy to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and enjoy contributing to the team.
Mature-minded, you’re reliable and trustworthy, and understand the importance of confidentiality. Good computer skills would be helpful, you enjoy learning, and you’re good at figuring out better ways of doing things.
